Can I have the same carer every time?


Where possible, we provide consistency of carers and match each client with the most appropriate care worker.
We understand how reassuring it is to have a familiar carer.

How old do you have to be to receive a service?

We provide services to people of all ages, young and old.

Can I change the scheduled services?

We are flexible with the services you may require. If, for any reason, you should you wish to change your scheduled service, please contact the office.

Do you have carers who speak another language?

We have many carers who speak a variety of languages.

Do you have male carers?

Yes we do!

Can I get hold of someone in an emergency?

We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week including public holidays.
The main office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, however, out of those hours, all calls are diverted to our on-call personnel.

Do you provide drivers for transportation trips or shopping?

Yes we do. Fees apply for the use of a carer’s car, available upon request.

Do you provide one off care?

Yes we do. If you only require a one-off service, this is no problem and we will ensure you receive the same high standard of service we are so proud of.

Do you have mature aged carers?

Yes we do. We understand how important it is for you to be able to relate to the carer.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a service is cancelled with less that 24 hours notice of the booking, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

How do I pay the account?

We invoice our client's Four weekly. Invoices are emailed or posted and payments can be made via electronic banking, cheque or cash.
